I owe some mad props to @KCMO311 for getting this grate fixed. All these years I've just been bitching on my blog about things that were broken. Recently I've seen @KCMO311 fix things for other Twitter residents, so I tried it. Not only did @KCMO311 respond within an hour of my tweet, but it was fixed 2 days later. I am very excited that they were able to work to get this repaired. It's just one grate in a city FULL of grates, but they listened and got it fixed.
I was taking the after pic while KCP&L was still on site and they personally asked me what I though of the repair job. They did a great job!
I endorse @KCMO311!

You can fill the form out online too. No need to broadcast it to the world. But your choice.
ReplyDeleteThanks @10:40pm. I didn't realize there was an online form. Guess I was just using Twitter as an online from.
